What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?
Before joining R&R, I worked in sales and gained hands-on experience running my own small businesses. That experience gave me a better understanding of the challenges business owners face day to day and the importance of having an insurance partner who is responsive, straightforward, and understands their operation. I bring that business-owner mindset to my clients by focusing on practical solutions and building long-term relationships.
