What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?

I have been serving the employee benefits industry since 1997, providing benefits programs and strategic solutions to organizations of all sizes. I bring extensive experience in employee benefits, wellness education, and wellness program implementation, helping employers understand the value of creating healthier, more engaged workplaces. I believe the right balance of employee benefits and wellness initiatives plays a key role in attracting and retaining top talent while supporting overall organizational success.
